Kandha Kottai Movie Free Download

There are certain ambiguities that need to be sorted out after watching Kandha Kottai. How come filmmakers are still beating the same bush with hackneyed stories? If so, how do producers okay such scripts and turn them into pictures spending lavish money? We’re sure; you will walk out of theatres with so many questions in your mind after watching this film.oneindiain121:http://entertainment.oneindia.in/tamil/reviews/2009/kandha-kottai-review-211209.html
Buzz up!
If there could be some movies that make you feel that you’ve wasted 140mins of your life, ‘Kandha Kottai’ is sure to hold a prominent place amongst the lists. The film doesn’t carry a single attribute to be appreciated. The script is tenuous as it cannot hold the attention of audiences while the screenplay is so boring that you feel like walking out of theatres prior to climax. The film is about Siva (Nakul), who strongly objects a thing called ‘Love’ and is dead against the lovers and alienates them at any cost. On the other end, we’ve Pooja (Poorna) in Nagercoil completely opposite in nature to Siva as she strives uniting the lovers. When Siva’s sister Girija falls in love with Pooja’s cousin boy in Chennai, she sets out to ensconce the proposal in an affirmative approach. But then, there are conflicts between the Siva and Pooja, who’re like chalk and cheese. At once, as Pooja reveals about what the real love is, Siva cannot withstand his firm principle and falls in love with her. But when Pooja reciprocates her proposal to him, she is swamped in problems as Annachi’s (Sampath) son in love with Pooja commits suicide after knowing about this affair.Since, Annachi has promised his son that he will not harm Pooja, he starts killing the people around her. All that he wants is to make Pooja lead a widow-like life as he believes that girl was the cause for his son’s death. When Siva comes to know about these problems, things start taking a turn as he challenges Annachi that he’ll marry this girl within 3 days.Nakul has to improve a lot in choosing the script. He never suits the role of a middle-or-low class guy. Be his previous Maasilamani or this one, he doesn’t suit the roughneck roles. Instead, he can attempt trying his luck on some appealing characterizations. Nonetheless, his dancing skills are marvelous and so is his vocalism for 'Eppadi Ennul Kadhal Vandhadhu'. Poorna has aped Asin throughout the show and she needs to choose better costumes, as the skimpy ones don’t suit her. Santhanam adds to the humor quotients with his rib-tickling comedy tracks, but that too turns to be hackneyed after certain extent. Sampath sleepwalks through his role as a baddie.Dheena’s musical score is unimpressive for both songs and background score. Apart from 'Eppadi Ennul Kadhal Vandhadhu', none of the melodies sound commendable. Sakthivel hasn’t given prominence to technical departments of cinematography and editing, as there are lots of discontinuities between the shots. On whole, Kandha Kottai lacks substantiality in both narrative and technical aspects and it has no chances of surviving at box office even for a week.Production: ESK Films, AGS EntertainmentDirection: Sakthivel S Star-casts: Nakulan, Poorna, Sampath, Santhanam and othersMusic: Dheena

Aayirathil Oruvan Movie Free Download

Movie:AayirathilOruvanDirector:SelvaraghavanProducer:R.RaveendranMusic:GV Prakash KumarCast:Karthi, Reema Sen, Andrea, ParthepanSelvaraghavan’s two years in the making, action adventure Aayirathil Oruvan is a brave attempt at trying to come out with something new in the placid world of Tamil cinema. Breaking away from the shackles of the stereotypes, the director transports us to a whole new world and at the end of it all, we are dumb stuck by the visuals, the packaging and the new way of storytelling. The film has a terrific first half with a basic thread, comedy, action, eye catching song picturisation, stunning visuals and grandeur. The film combines ultra-violent action with murky mysticism. The Government appoints a secret team led by archaeologist Anitha Pandian (Reemma) and a military officer Ravi (Azhagamperumal) to track down the missing links after a scientist and archaeologist (Pratap Pothen) vanishes into thin air while he was on his mission to discover the lost Chola civilization! To help them reach the lost city, Lavanya, daughter of the missing archaeologist is roped in for the mission. And helping the group to carry their belongings through the rough and tough jungle terrain and sea is the Coolie gang led by Muthu (Karthi), a boorish, uncouth, foul mouthed guy with roving eyes. They go through some of the most inhospitable terrain full of hidden danger and nature’s fury.Suddenly after a tedious expedition, they stumble on the lost Chola civilization and its king (Parthipan) and find unexplained links between them and the world’s earliest culture. What follows is a series of happenings that will leave you glued to the screen. The subtle message that Selva tries to convey is that a group of people cut away from civilisation, struck with poverty and knowledge is far superior to the present generation who lack values, culture or basic human kindness. All this leads to some unexpected twists and turns in the climax till you find that history repeats once again as Muthu rescues and run away with the King’s son to the darkness, like what happened centuries back!Aayirathil Oruvan starts with a bang, but it doesn’t unfold quickly. The second half takes a u-turn and is riddled with holes in the plot line and is confusing and tedious. It looks like another film and there are long gaps of silence in the climax which will make an ordinary viewer restless.Directing an interweaving screenplay, Selva’s narrative structure bursts with sporadic agility along with top class camera work by Ramji.GV Prakash’s background score and his music is tangy. Un Mela Aasadhan.. sung by Dhanush, Aishwarya Dhanush and Andrea and picturised on the lead trio is a rocker. The remixed old MGR song on Karthi and the coolies is a treat.Reemma brings an uninhibited joie to her role as Anitha and thanks to the ability of the director has extracted a fine performance from her. Andrea is likeable and seems to have enjoyed doing the film. Parthipan is adequate as the king. But it is Karthi, who is a scream. Right from his introduction scene till the end, he is lovable and provides humour. Actually Karthi with his punchlines is getting the loudest claps as the crazy MGR fan and has made a sensational comeback three years after his debut film. The film has to be seen in the right perspective. Selvaraghavan is trying to explore the frontiers of commercial cinema. For this alone he should be applauded

Kutty Movie Free Download

Is this all love is?" (Lovunna ivlo thana?) wonders the heroine, and you laugh out loud. It is one of the most confessional statements a Tamil movie director can make, and you have to hand it to Mithran Jawahar. The rhetorical question seems to be the director’s way of telling you what a guy can do when hundreds of campus capers roll out of Kollywood, year on year? So, you just hope that he will opt for some sassy treatment specially since there is this tag line, ‘Feel my love’ which buzzes at the back of your mind. Plus, this is a remake of the Telugu film ‘Arya’ with Allu Aravind in the lead, which ran for more than a year.It is a slow take-off from the blocks for the story, hovering around college-student Geeta (Shriya), a good looking girl engrossed in chatting up her friend while the entire college is lauding Arjun (Sameer Dattani) for winning in athletics. "Who is she?" he wonders, and when his friends tell him he cannot floor her, he does just that, by threatening to jump off the roof, unless Geeta declares that she loves him.In case you are wondering if this is what love is all about, Kutty (Dhanush) tells you there is more to it.You can fall in love with someone who clearly is dating someone else, and whether to have fun or to brood over is up to you. Kutty himself tells Geeta that his love for her is his problem, and since she loves Arjun, where is the problem? Oh, but there is. Kutty, while helping the other two, never misses an opportunity to outwit and outshine Arjun, while Geeta treats love like a status message-- more commentative, then mush. And can Arjun’s love last? It is this uncertainty over the fate of love that is the most engaging thread in the entire film, and Jawahar deserves a round of applause for that. However, the narration frequently appears like a lecture students term as ‘blade,’ while the climax, of the heroine changing her mind over the groom, has happened in only a 1000 other movies. Still, it is a clean entertainer and all, and Dhanush’s performance is a clincher. More....

Asal Movie Free Download

Asal is Ajith's 49th film. Its of course a much awaited movie by the Ajith fans. This movie has brought back the old team Ajith and Saran. Also Ajith is the Assistant director of the film. He is also credited for the story, screenplay and dialogues along with Saran and Yuhi Sethu. So he has an extra responsibility for the good going of the film.oneindiain121:http://entertainment.oneindia.in/tamil/reviews/2010/asal-movie-review-050210.htmlBuzz up!Asal is a story of riot between three brothers over a property. Two of the brothers (Sampath Kumar and Rajeev Krishna) are constantly fighting for the wealth and the property while the other brother keeps aside and tries to stop the family getting split. The feud existed there in the family right from the father's time and is still continuing even after the death of the father. Both the good son and father's role is played by Ajith. The wealth seems too much for the brothers to handle and they land in trouble. So Ajith comes for their rescue. The rest deals with the climax. For more see the movie Asal.Sameera Reddy is playing the heroine, has no much scope of performance in the film but has enacted her role very well. Bhavana looks pretty in the movie. Ajith, as usual is looking glamorous and handsome in the film. Even Sampath, Rajeev and Pradeep has done their roles of villains very well. As far as the story is concerned there is nothing much extra ordinary in it and sometimes it pricks that the cast , especially Ajith is given a priority than the script. Yuhi Sethu tries hard to provide a few comic moments, succeeding partially on the rare occasion; his side kicks trying hard with a few gimmicks as well. Prabhu shows a dignified presence. The only thing to say that its the presence of Ajith in his stylish costumes and accessories that stop one from getting bored.Technically speaking the shots in France is quite appreciable. The camera has done a wonderful job. The streets and other beautiful sceneries of France is beautifully impressed. Action scenes are not that pleasing and could have been made better. The music by Bharadwaj gives hardly any feelings. All in all the movie Asal, produced by Sivaji Productions can be categorized as a stylish movie by Ajith. Altogether Ajith has impressed his fans but director Saran disappointed again. The movie is visually pleasing and one can enjoy his time seeing the movie. Don't think too much. Just watch the movie.
